Mariana holds Master degrees in Management and Communication Sciences and title of expert in public policies.

Mariana has 6 years of working experience in central public administration, being involved in elaboration of National Youth Strategy and National Law on Volunteering, and other important legal frames in the field of youth policy.

Being public officer she was responsible for setting up national working plans and programs in education and youth areas, monitoring of implementation phases, as well assisting different NGOs, youth councils, youth non-formal groups in capacity building and project management development.

As well, she has a broad experience in developing youth policies at international level being member of European Steering Committee for Youth of the Council of Europe and Member of European Knowledge Center for Youth, Partnership between European Commission and Council of Europe.
