Dorina Andreev is the Director of Programs at East Europe Foundation Moldova where she works in managing the full program portfolio, developing new programs, defining program areas, identifying best interventions and supervising the program staff involved in program implementation.
Dorina has experience in working as an independent expert in assessing current behaviors in different groups and developing behavior change and community mobilization interventions in various social marketing programs, related to education, social inclusion, sexual behavior, social skills of vulnerable groups, public health, violence and migration. These activities were commissioned by various national and international organizations. She was working also in developing monitoring and evaluation indicators and tools for behavior change strategies. Before taking these roles, Dorina Andreev worked for International Organization for Migration, UNICEF, UNDP, UNAIDS, World Health Organization, having experience in Moldova, Ukraine and Belarus.
Dorina holds a Master’s degree in behavior change science, pursuing her research career in the same field at State University of Moldova.
