Carolina works as an Accountant at EEF since 2014. Between 2009 – 2013 she served as Finance/Administration Consultant and Finance Officer at International Foundation For Electoral Systems (IFES). Prior to that Carolina worked as an accountant for private sector companies. She has previous experience in accounting and financial management of projects for over 10 years. Carolina holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Audit from Academy of Economic Studies from Moldova.
