Call for bid writers for EU tender

East Europe Foundation Moldova is hiring a bid writer to develop the rationale and the activities for a regional tender to be submitted to European Union.

Tasks

1. Develop the Rationale based on a skeleton provided by EEF.
2. Develop project activities for 5 intervention areas based on the format provided.
3. Be in continuous contact with the lead partner and EEF on any arising issues and adjust the documents when and as requested.
4. Be available full time, including weekends, from October 20th, 2016 till November 4th, 2016.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in bid writing
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent knowledge of civil society landscape in one or several Eastern Partnership countries
• Great analytical skills
• Readiness to work full time from October 20th, 2016 till November 4th, 2016 (including week-ends)
