Application deadline: February 26, 2020. The review shall provide EEF with a technical and professional assessment of results, achievements, key challenges, lessons learnt to date from the implementation of the EEF Strategic Plan and any recommendations for future programming. The review will consist of document reading, interviews and field visits, debriefing meeting, as well as presentation of an evaluation report. It is expected that the evaluation will be conducted throughout March – April 2020 with a preliminary draft report submitted to EEF-M by April 30, 2020. The final report should be submitted to EEF-M no later than May 31, 2020. Read more...

The Final Monitoring Report in terms of inclusion of disabled persons and persons of Roma ethnicity has been launched today. The Report has been developed under the auspice of the Civic Coalition for Free and Fair Elections, under the Project „Civil Society Advocacy for Inclusive and Fair Elections in the Republic of Moldova, in Line with the EU and OSCE/ODIHR Recommendations, and Human Rights Commitments”, implemented by East-European Foundation, in partnership with the Partnership for Development Center, Piligrim Demo and Tarna Rom, in collaboration with INFONET Alliance. Three teachers from the Republic of Moldova participated in the thematic conference called “Learning to think in a digital society” that took place in Greece, Athens, September 28-30, 2017. During this thematic conference the emphasis was on the computer thinking skills. Computer thinking is a universally applicable aptitude and set of skills that everyone, not just computer scientists, should learn and use, and this is highlighted in the European Key Competence Framework for lifelong learning.
