East Europe Foundation is supporting youth from Moldova

The program "Youth Participation" is designed to increase young adult participation in a community-based, democratic decision-making process. EEF-M addresses these issues by building the capacity of youth NGOs and youth administrators to design, implement,and evaluate youth engagement programs, support youth engagement initiatives and provide platforms for youth voices to be heard in local and national government, and training a new generation of civic and political leaders throughout the country.
